Community Realty is the largest real estate group serving all of Humboldt County, with offices in both Eureka and McKinleyville. 

We are a group of 16 independent Brokers that choose to work together for our clients mutual benefit.  Each of the licensed Brokers  operate their own Community Realty Company.  We also have 15 Realtors working towards their own independent status. 

Community Realty has a strong presence in the Humboldt County market, with many “for sale”  and “sold” signs throughout the county.

In addition to our web page, communityrealty.net,  all of our listings are automatically forwarded to , realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, yahoo.com,. oodle.com, local.com and many individual web sites operated by our individual Realtors.  We also place many of our listings on Craigslist.

Our affiliation of Brokers provides a deep level of knowledge and experience unmatched by any of our competitors.

WASHINGTON (July 14, 2016) — The U.S. Senate tonight passed H.R. 3700, the "Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act," by unanimous consent. This legislation includes reforms to current Federal Housing Administration restrictions on condominium financing, among other provisions, and is long supported by the National Association of Realtors®.
